BAHAMAS HOTEL INDUSTRY MANAGEMENT PENSION FUND
The Bahamas Hotel Industry Management Pension Fund became effective January 1st, 1980. The Management Fund is a trust fund and is used exclusively for the purpose of providing benefits to eligible employees , former employees and their beneficiaries or dependants and for financing the expenses of the operation and administration of the Pension Fund.

BAHAMAS HOTEL AND ALLIED INDUSTRIES PENSION FUND
"Proving that management and union can work together for the
benefit of employees."
The Bahamas Hotel & Allied Industries Pension Fund was set up to provide benefits to eligible participants. It was established on February 8th, 1980, as the result of a collective bargaining agreement between the Bahamas Hotel Catering & Allied Workers Union and the Bahamas Hotel Employers' Association. Subsequently, other employers, including members of the Freeport Hotel and Restaurant Employers' Association, in agreements with the Union became contributors to the Fund. The Fund is completely funded by Employers'. It is administered by a Board of Trustees consisting of representatives appointed by the Associations and the Union. The Board of Trustees acts on behalf of you and your fellow Plan participants to manage all aspects of the Fund's operations.

BAHAMAS MUSICIANS & ENTERTAINERS
UNION PENSION FUND
The Bahamas Musicians & Entertainers Union Pension Fund was established in February of 1983 as the result of collective bargaining agreements between certain employers and the Bahamas Musicians' and Entertainers' Union ('the Union"). It covers employees of employers who are obligated to make contributions to the Plan under a collective bargaining agreement with the Union, full-time salaried employees of the Union and affiliated benefit funds for whom contributions to the Plan are also required (each such contributing employer is referred to in this SPD as an "Employer"). The Plan is a defined contribution plan. The Plan is administered exclusively by the Board of Trustees (the "Trustees"), which consists of representatives of the Union and the Employers.
